What does CPA and TrustMark Approved mean to our customers?
To become a CPA Approved Craftsman means that Living Needs has had to undergo a rigorous selection process to assure our customers that we are trusted tradesmen that take pride in a job well done. CPA means that our customers can rest assured that they have chosen a reliable company that can deliver their home improvements to the highest standards.
Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, choosing an Approved Craftsmen means that customers can fully protect their deposit, and, once the work is completed, the home improvements can be guaranteed for up to 10 years.
TrustMark is available to help customers find reliable and trustworthy local tradesmen to carry out repairs to their home. TrustMark is a not for profit organisation, licensed by Government and supported by consumer protection groups.
To become a TrustMark Tradesman, Living Needs’ technical skills have been checked through on-site inspections and our quality of work, trading practises and customer satisfaction monitored.
