Guarantee of Goods
- Manufacturer’s Guarantee: Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee, which we honour fully. Our liability is limited to the terms of this guarantee.
- Our Guarantee: For products not covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, we provide our own 12-month guarantee from the date of installation. This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not extend to issues caused by fair wear and tear or actions on your part.

The Home Solutions Journey
Home Solutions is our new name, but the business started as RJS Building Services back in the 1980's. In the 1990's the company started getting involved more in home adaptation works dealing with occupational health therapists and case workers. We found that those professionals would often put the end user to the side and make decisions for them. It was then that we decided that we needed to be more customer led, aiming to listen to our customers and their needs.
We started with 1 or 2 displays for the end users to experience what the product and solutions were and how they could work in their homes. We worked closely with local authorities and manufacturers to broaden our knowledge and to influence product developments.
For many years we have been a leader and innovator in the mobility sector. We have helped to develop products and processes which have helped many, many end users to maintain their mobility within their own homes. Rebranding to Home Solutions in the next chapter in our journey.
